SMBox does not collect, track, sell, or share your personal data. Your projects are stored on your device, and if you enable iCloud, in your own private iCloud account that only you can access. We do not operate servers that receive your data, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
We do not collect any personal information. SMBox has no account system, no sign-up, and no login. We do not request your name, email address, contacts, location, or any other personal details.
When you use SMBox, you create projects (shows) containing names, timers, timestamps, and totals. This information is:
You can delete any project inside the app at any time. Doing so removes it from your device and from your iCloud account.
SMBox lets you share a timing report as a text file using the standard iOS share sheet. This action is initiated by you, and the file is sent only to the destination you choose, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files. SMBox does not transmit this file to us or to any third party.
SMBox contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software. We do not use cookies or device identifiers for tracking, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
SMBox does not send push notifications and does not request notification permissions.
SMBox is a professional tool intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your data remains on your device and in your private iCloud account, so its security is provided by Apple's device and iCloud protections. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your Apple ID secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above. Your continued use of SMBox after an update means you accept the revised policy.
